About who needs care: Help Wanted: Active Caretaker for Young Adult Male Position: Caregiver Location: Stoneham, MA Start Date: ASAP **About the Client:** We are seeking an energetic and engaging caretaker for an 19-year-old male who is recovering from a spinal cord injury. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of humor, relate well to young adult males, and preferably enjoy sports, especially football. **Responsibilities:** - Assist with personal hygiene and showering - Support with Hoyer transfers - Prepare and assist with meals - Accompany to rehabilitation therapy and appointments - Manage bowel program - Support bladder management via SPT - Assist with administering medication **Requirements:** - Experience in caregiver roles preferred, especially with young, male adults - Ability to provide active and compassionate care - Good communication skills and a positive attitude **Availability:** All shifts are currently available.
