About the care needs: Would love caregiver to be sincerely patient and kind and have a sense of humor. (I had an experience earlier this year (not with care. com) where the elder-caregivers were impatient, condescending, and neglectful (resulting in death). If the caregiver has computer and tech skills, awesome. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
