About the care needs: Spouse is hard of hearing, so can't speak softly. Must be patient. English speaking, as he has trouble hearing and greater trouble being understood. Sees hallucinations, talks about (sometimes not real ) memories, sometimes, when upset, wants to go home, even though he is home. Just divert his attention without fighting about where he is. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
