About who needs care: TBI with partial right side paralysis. Cognitive and speech impairment Care provider would be responsible for driving patient to outpatient therapy, assist and provide some in home therapies and basic self care management. Patient is walking and has some independence but requires some monitoring and daily active assistance. About the care needs: Basic OT,/ PT, physical ability to lift heavy items such as wheel chair and assist patient up and down . Basic home and cooking skills Equine experience would be beneficial Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
