Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Charlottesville

My mom is 67. She has been in a Nursing home stuck bedridden for the last year. She is extremely over weight and has little to no muscle or strength. I have moved her into my house to get her better care. She will be starting physical therapy soon. I am looking for someone to come in for a couple hours a day to bathe/change her, encourage/help her try to get out of bed every day if possible, give her interaction with people outside myself and to give me a break. Her pain/ physical weakness, and mental/depressed state are all fighting against her to be self sufficient. I am pretty flexible on schedule. The morning is the best for her, by the end of the day she is too exhausted to do anything. But for hours, I am open and flexible.
