About who needs care: She is in an electric wheelchair. She currently lives in an independent senior community with respiratory issues, diabetes and mobility issues. About the care needs: I am looking for a caregiver who demonstrates patience and understanding, providing a calm and supportive presence at all times. The ideal person will be organized and able to help maintain routines, ensuring she stays on track with daily tasks. Flexibility is important, as the caregiver should be prepared to adapt to changes and unexpected situations. Additionally, the caregiver must be assertive when necessary and able to encourage compliance and address resistance or excuses in a respectful but firm manner to promote her well-being. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
