About who needs care: Diabetes, high blood pressure, severe eczema, broken collar bone. I still work full time from home. I need assistance in washing hair, showering, applying medications, bringing up grocery orders (25 stairs), I start work at 0700 and end at 1400 (2pm). I have Dr's appts and other things to attend to. My hobbies are irrelevant at this time. About the care needs: Attention to detail. Timeliness. Flexibility. I may want to take a walk around the block but don't want to do it alone in case I fall. Ability to follow medication application directions. Can assist in general household chores like vacuuming or dusting. Well organized, writes down appts, issues, or other things which much be dealt with. Ability to drive me to Dr's appts when required. Ability to report changed conditions to Dr's during appts. Ability to get the mail from a centralized location. Ability to dispose of delivery boxes to a centralized location. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
