About who needs care: Care would be for an 11-year-old autistic boy with moderate support needs. Child is completely verbal and very intelligent. He is not physically violent but can yell and make threats when very agitated. About the care needs: I would prefer an individual with experience and/or knowledge of autism. Must be incredibly positive and patient. Any caregiver would need to help with emotional regulation by using calming techniques and redirection. Services needed include: companionship.
