I need adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Transportation. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Quadriplegic 38 years old. 5 years post injury. Care Needs Help with bowel program and shower - insert suppository - Transfer to shower chair with hoyer lift - Move chair over toilet seat - Push chair into walk in shower/ small ramps - Help with bathing in shower - Dry off/help apply toothpaste/deodorant/contacts - Transfer back into bed - Clean around suprapubic site - Help with dressing/breif/pants/socks/shoes - Transfer into power chair/no lift needed 3 days a week Every Fri One week Mon/wed/friday Next week Tues/Thurs/Friday I can be flexible
