Seeking part-time in-home caregiver With 5+ years experience for morning routine - sponge bath, transfer from bed to wheelchair via hoyer lift or slide board for breakfast, toileting, assistance and encouragement with morning exercises (as prescribed by PT, OT). - J is wheelchair bound and has moments of memory loss Responsibilities include: Hygiene care - bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence care Mobility care - assisting with transfers to/from bed and wheelchair via Hoyer lift, pushing wheelchair around the home, if needed. Other care - reminders of health care needs as prescribed by medical professionals (e. g., medication, support to complete PT, OT, and speech therapy exercises) Family care - light housekeeping, emotional support, companionship Caregiver is a second set of hands to help his wife who is his primary care giver.
