Companion And Mobility Care Needed For My Father In Buffalo Grove

I am looking for a motivated companion and mobility care provider to assist my father who has advanced Parkinson's disease. While he is still able to walk and drive, he often freezes and is losing confidence getting from place to place on his own. We would like someone to walk with him, encourage light exercise, take him to physical therapy and assist with other errands. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Parkinson's experience preferred but not required.
