Personal Assistant Needed For Disability! Fridays (Medical Transport, Errands, Minimal Chores)

Hello! I am looking for an assistant to help me with transportation to medical appointments and errands on a weekly basis. I have chronic illness and spinal issues causing disability progression interfering with my ability drive consistently. As well as completing errands and some physical daily tasks I also need assistance with some simple weight bearing chores at my home such as trash/recycling removal and moving laundry, tasks are minimal. All tasks can be done on the same day if it most convenient for the hired person's schedule or can be split depending on availability. . I have my own vehicle and have no problem adding another person to my insurance to help drive. Appointments are between Iowa City and Cedar Rapids area mainly on Friday mornings.
