Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Hull

About who needs care: She is mobile, but a bit unsteady. She is 88 years old. She is getting somewhat forgetful, but we hope for someone to be there and visit/engage her to help her keep as sharp as possible. She takes her medications herself in the morning and evening (for a lifelong heart condition, thyroid hormone replacecment, etc.), so that isn't a concern at this point. She would like to have a light meal in the early afternoon and eat and enjoy it with the caregiver. She does her own laundry, makes her own bed, and hand washes her own dishes, but that is subject to change. She has a cat and keeps up with the cat pan herself. She likes her little house on the lake to be organized with a place for everything and everything in its place! About the care needs: -Someone easy-going, friendly (but firm if the need arises) would be good. She would probably be comfortable with someone who doesnt't feel they have to fill every moment with talking. -Patient with people who are getting older. My mom can be at a loss for words and she can get frustrated with that, so patience is called for. -Someone who can get along with a cat. -Someone who enjoys plants, indoors and out. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
