About who needs care: Difficulty walking (short distances with a walker), loss of bladder control. Having TiAs. Some memory issues but not Alzheimers. Memory is good for his age. About the care needs: He will need convincing to take showers. Reminders to use bathroom and not wet his depends. He is able to sit on the sofa for early part of the day but mostly prefers to lie down. I anticipate he is approaching time when he will not get out of bed at all. He says he is not hungry but eats when I cook and put it in front of him. Can be angry and rude at times. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
