Night And Day Sitter Needed For My Elderly Father

My father needs someone to care for him during the night and day to make sure he doesn't fall while my mom is asleep. He has Alzheimer's, and as a result is more likely to become more active at night. We need someone to make sure he does not fall when going to the bathroom, and to help him get snacks from the fridge. Ideally would like someone to work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Must be vaccinated and must be willing to wear a mask. Last caregiver gave my father COVID and he landed in the ICU for a week.
