I require an adult care provider with experience - ALS male patient, prefer male caregiver. My care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing/Toileting, Feeding, Heavy Lifting, Errands / Shopping, Transportation, Handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Duties include transportation to (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.) or office. I work remotely and require assistance acessing my desk and computer and occasional off site office visits. Driving is a must. Optional Live in needs will be minimal since evening requests will be limited except in emergency or essential situations. Live in is optional. I require assistance transferring from the bed to the wheelchair, wheelchair to car, storing chair in trunk. I am a 218 lb male. $15-$20 an hour.
