We are looking for a kind, reliable companion to support our father, who lives in Memory Care ALF with other seniors. Required: Memory care experience Preferred: CNA license, ADRD certification Responsibilities: -Supervise for safety, helping prevent falls or injury -Assist with activities and mobility transfers (wheelchair to bed) -Help with toileting and changing briefs -Support with mealtime as needed (he eats independently) My sister and I are very involved in his care and will provide clear, ongoing guidance.
