Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Punta Gorda

About the job

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Punta Gorda. She has ALS and cannot move her body so the job requires ability to shift her body as needed (heavy lifting). The typical shift includes getting her out of bed, breakfast, shower and clothing, lotion and help with stretching, lunch feeding. She uses equipment including a sit to stand, hoyer, and respiratory devices. We need someone that is efficient but with a gentle touch and calming energy. No smokers (very smell sensitive). This job may expand in hours as her status progresses. We can also be flexible on the days / hours depending on your schedule but would prefer someone who can at least cover Sundays.
