Join a warm, supportive family in New Smyrna Beach as a Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) to care for our sweet young adult daughter in our home. She is non-verbal, non-ambulatory, with complex needs including seizure monitoring. Provide skilled nursing care, including seizure monitoring and protocols, G-tube feeds, medication administration, bowel management and vital signs tracking. Supportive care to ensure comfort and dignity, addressing needs related to respiratory health, skin integrity and nutrition. Proficiency with Hoyer lift, wheelchair, and custom bath chair for safe transfers and care. CNAs will be considered based on prior experience and education. This position is for overnight shift only. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
