Seeking Overnight Care In Kendall Area For Quadraplegic Male

My brother and I are looking for caregivers for our father who is quadriplegic and suffered an accident and now needs care 24/7. We are looking for someone who can stay with him to tend to all his basic needs as he is fully incapacitated. He spends most of the day in the bed while he works back to being in his wheelchair. We use a hoyer lift to transfer him in and out of bed. He also has a tracheostomy now and a peg tube. We have been his full time caregivers since the accident in March and had to quit our jobs, as of now we're seeking care from 12am-8 a.m. overnights to tend to his night time needs such as turning over every few hours and bathroom needs.
