About who needs care: My husband has Alzheimer's. He depends on me for support a great deal. He has no specific hobbies at this time, as it is difficult for him to focus for more that 45 min. His ideal day would be walking the dog, maybe swimming, visiting with neighbors and riding in the car. About the care needs: We have never used or needed a companion caregiver, so this is all new to me. No specialized skills are needed, but the person would need to be kind, patient and enjoy music. Services needed include: companionship.
