Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Hockessin

About who needs care: My mom is currently in a nursing facility and receives around the clock care. She is not ambulatory. We are looking to hire someone to primarily aid her with feeding/fluid intake, changing/cleaning diaper her 2-3 times per day, and providing her company. We are looking for help for 4-6 hours per day(either starting at 9 a.m. or 12 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays). Most of her care is provided by her facility, but the supplemental care is just to provide additional support/companionship and ensure that she is being fed well and cared for. About the care needs: We prefer a female aid (ideally with some CNA experience but not required) and someone who has a patient/kindhearted personality. My mother has had strokes and has limited mobility, so the aide must be comfortable in changing diapers.
