Evening Senior Care For Alzheimer's Patient

We are looking for someone to come every evening to get my grandmother ready for bed. She needs to be taken to bed, fed and given her meds and finally she needs to have her diaper changed. My grandmother has advanced Alzheimer's, only understands Spanish and is unable to communicate the majority of the time. She has a feeding tube so her food and her medication are inserted through there. Night time can be challenging because when the sun goes down she gets really confused and agitated. The caregiver needs to be very patient and strong enough to lift my grandmother. We're looking for someone who speaks Spanish, has experience dealing with seniors and is very patient. She needs to be comfortable changing diapers and strong enough to lift my grandmother from her wheelchair to the bed and vice versa
