Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Falcon

I am in search of a part-time caregiver for Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Additional hours may be available as backup. I am located near the Safeway in Falcon. I am an in-home, ambulatory wheelchair/walker user, active and outgoing. I need strong support to make sure I do not fall. Caregiver must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. and support a 75 lbs. body with a gait belt. I need a caretaker that can prepare and cook meals with instruction, and assist with physical therapy, range of motion and stretching exercises, as well as walking short distances. Tasks include picking up groceries and assistance with email, phone calls, and other misc. items. Other activities I need assistance with include transportation to the park and having lunch outside the home. Caregiver experience is required, non-smoker preferred.
