Looking for a senior care provider with experience in Alzhiemer's/ Dementia care. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Duties include providing companionship, social interaction and attending physical therapy sessions. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Patient is a 69-year-old male and lives with his fully independent and healthy wife who is 67.
