In-Home Help Needed For My Father In Broomfield

About who needs care: My father is in his mid-70's, he has osteoarthritis and a heart condition. He lives independently and can care for himself for the most part. We are looking for someone to come to his home 1x a week in the afternoon for 2 hours to assist with general household chores (cleaning and laundry). In the future, we may add in an additional day and tasks like food shopping, easy errands, & meal prep. My father is mentally sharp, very intelligent, and has a great sense of humor :) He lives with an angel of a dog, Java, who is an 11 lbs. chihuahua mix. About the care needs: We are looking for someone who is friendly, likes some occasional conversation, and is open to receiving direction on how tasks should be complete. They should also be responsive via text message in order to arrange visit details in a timely manner.
