Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Sunnyvale

Help needed for my father in his 70s - seeking full-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. My dad is 79. He has had a traumatic brain injury and is confused but can talk and follow commands. He needs help transferring (caregiver needs to be strong, at times can be total assist), bathing, continence care, meal prep and medication administration. We are looking for someone very patient and reliable who can either live-in or come daily. We prefer someone with CNA experience and particularly someone who has experience working with stroke/traumatic brain injury patients and assisting with transfers (bed to wheelchair etc.). We are hoping to work with someone long term who will become part of our family.
