Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Santa Barbara

About who needs care: My 93-year-old mother lives with my sister in Santa Barbara. I live in the same area some I am available to assist. My sister needs a break especially when I am out of town and unable to fill in. Neither of us are qualified as our mother's needs advance. She is cognitively fine but has severe mobility issues. This leads to a lack of hygiene. She has little appetite and is very frail. She is also deaf. We are looking for minimal in home assistance which would include some personal hygiene care and basic "elder sitting". She will most likely be resistant to this idea, but it is time. About the care needs: Basic "elder sitting" and once per week bathing assistance. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
