Not all hours are required. Max shown. If you can't work some of those nights it's ok, we could fill those hours up if the family desires to do so. Start/end time is flexible. Mild cognitive impairment due to recently diagnosed early Alzheimer's. He still can drive and exercise and do things on his own but he needs a companion to do it with him so it gets done and not forgotten or dismissed as unnecessary. Needs someone to play ping pong in backyard, go to gym to do light exercise together, go on walks and talk, Play music, attending online classes/men's groups. Ensure he is cutting his own nails, going to the barber, etc. This may mean going to the barber. This would mean going to the gym. Doing the elliptical machine with him at the gym.
