Seeking companion care near Riverside for my retired mother in her mid-60s who is currently battling an early onset dementia diagnosis. Duties include providing companionship, social interaction, light housework, preparing lunchtime meals, running errands together, and administering medication as needed (currently medication load is light, hoping to keep it that way). Currently, we are trying to focus on exercising more regularly (short walks, weightless routines focusing on abdominal strength, and get-ups/get-downs, etc.) and getting her involved in local community volunteer work, hence the transportation requirement. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets (we have 4 adult cats) and CPR / first-aid trained. Please note that there is no expectation for animal care, we just want someone who is not allergic.
