Posting on behalf of my parents. My dad was diagnosed with Lewy Body dementia two years ago, and my mom has been his primary caregiver. We're seeking short-term, more frequent support (2-3 hrs, 3-4 days/week) as he recovers from a UTI-related hospitalization and temporary loss of mobility. He currently has a catheter and uses diapers; care will include bathing, grooming, light exercise, and help with diaper/catheter care until he resumes normal toileting. He struggles with communication and may not follow instructions well. Long-term, we'll likely need 2 hrs twice a week for respite care. You'd be hired by my mom; I'm coordinating messages via Care. com. Please reach out with any questions.
