About who needs care: Diabetic, Kidney Failure, Dialysis patient, limited mobility, dependent on a walker Needing someone that can get her up in the mornings, check her blood pressure/weight, ensure she has her breakfast and takes her morning meds. May need occassional assistance with household cleaning, preparing light meals and taking to scheduled appointments, Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
