About who needs care: My sister has Parkinson. She has mobility limitations. Help to take her to toilet during the nights About the care needs: Must be a certified HHA(Home Health Aid) by State of California to satisfied the Long term care insurance. Ability to understand with compassionto her pain and discomfort. Is caring and patient with her.
