However given location of the bed wound, it will require cleanse and cream during diaper change. About the care needs: Kind, gentle and patient. Some training moving a person with a disability. Good sanitary practice and protocol. Services needed include: diaper change, wound dressing change if needed, adjusting in bed, sometimes returning to bed and changing cloths, sometimes changing sheets. 1 hour per visit.
