About who needs care: Diabetes and numerous other typical stuff for that age. Mobility challenged and some memory issues. Can still care for her basics, but can't be left alone. Is at risk for falling. She is mostly sedentary and likes plants. Spanish speaker with limited English speaking skills, but she does understand it. About the care needs: Need somebody who is going to be a good listener and a Spanish speaker. Primary role would be to keep an eye on her and help her out with things that she might not be able to do like grab things. She is very short and can't reach very high. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
