We are looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide support and companionship for an older woman living with dementia. This position offers 24-hour shifts, primarily looking for coverage, but with the possibility of 1-2 days a week. Responsibilities include offering companionship and emotional support, preparing simple meals, performing light housekeeping, and providing transportation to medical appointments or outings (using your own vehicle; mileage can be reimbursed). The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals who have dementia, demonstrate patience and empathy, and be able to maintain a calm, supportive environment.
