About who needs care: Currently in assisted living wants to come home. Recovering from hip surgery and is working with PT/OT at this time,. About the care needs: Patient caring and gentle. Being able to assist from bed to wheel chair hopefully work on walking. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
