About the job
We're looking for a compassionate, patient companion caregiver to spend mornings (9 AM-1 PM, flexible) with a wonderful gentleman living with dementia. Duties include taking him on enjoyable outings, offering bathroom reminders, and engaging in warm conversation. At least 1 year full time dementia care experience and 2 years full time caregiving/companion care experience required. Competitive pay (based on skills/experience), mileage reimbursement during shift, references required. A couple interviews and background check will be part of the process.
