Can walk with the assist of a walker, but can only stand for short periods needs help with some meals, laundry light, cleaning, etc. Can drive himself, but may need someone to drive occasionally due to pain medication. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
