Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Alameda

Seeking hands-on care near Alameda for my father in his 80s and uses a wheelchair. Looking for someone who is local to Alameda and can be flexible with schedule, with average shift times being 8am-8 p.m. 7 days a week. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Responsibilities will include bathing, feeding, preparing meals, transfers in/out of bed and assisting with physical therapy exercises. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
