We need home care to take care of my wife in Surprise. My life is a bedridden / wheelchair confined 50-year-old woman. She is 450 pounds and has Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. In addition she has Lymphedema. She currently requires toileting while in bed by use of an overhead hoist / band sling and bedpan. She will require replacement of Chux pads throughout the day. Please be familiar with how a Pure-wick works. She will require the bathing (bird baths). Doctors/Nurses/PT come to the house. Experience with a handicap accessible van for future outings. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Medicine will be sorted, but need to be comfortable applying ointment, lotion and barrier cream.
