Personal Caregiver To Do Split Shifts

Hello I am on Care. com looking for two more caregivers for my mother-in-law . We have two other beautiful caregivers and would like to hire two more so that nobody gets burnt out . we do split shifts . Hospice comes in two times out of the week to bathe her. Her nurse sees her once a week. The things that we would need done is changing her brief, cleaning her room , some light laundry, She also has a list of exercises that you will need to do with her. She has early dementia and she fell a year ago and broke her hip and has never walked again. I do have to express that we live in New River, Arizona. The last time I put a post up people said that was too far so we would appreciate if you look up where New River is according to where you are before inquiring.
