I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 70s. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements and mobility assistance (transfers). Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Please be willing to do daily light housekeeping (sweep, mop, change linens). Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. She likes to eat clean, simple meals with fresh foods available daily. Duties include, but not limited to monitor for fatigue, rest as needed, encourage light exercise per goals and therapists' recommendations/orders, companionship and social interaction. Part of your responsibilities will include assisting husband w/ tasks as needed. As well as transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, CPR/first-aid trained, no fragrance.
