Our beloved 115-pound, 94-year-old mom can mostly still walk if someone walks with her and steadies/partially supports her, but her children, who are taking care of her, all have lower back issues and aren't strong enough to walk with her. Thus, we are looking to hire someone who is strong enough to walk with our mom safely from her bed to her chair (about 20 feet) in the den, or back. No caregiving experience is necessary - walking with her is the only task you would have. If you are a caregiver also, that is a bonus, but it is not required. Pay: $25, in cash, per walk. You would come to our house, walk with her (typically twice a day around 6:30 p.m. and again at midnight), and then leave - it would probably take a total of 10 minutes or so. As long as you are physically strong, this is a very easy gig.
