Live-in Home Care Needed For My Father In Milwaukee

I'm looking for an experienced caregiver for my 92-year-old father who is in Stage 6E Alzheimer's. This is a non-agency position located in Milwaukee (53206). The shift is a 24-hour block, twice per month. Duties include: Assistance with bathing Full incontinence care Two simple meals Medication reminders Supervision, redirection, and general safety My father usually rests at night, so you would have sleep time, but must be available if needed. For compensation, I'm offering a flat rate between $280-$325 per 24-hour shift, depending on experience.
