About who needs care: My dad has primary progressive MS. He cannot walk or stand and uses a motorized wheelchair. He side to side transfers sometimes using a slide board. He has been in the hospital a few times recently so is more weak and needs assistance with transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting. We would not need care for every day/time listed but would switch off with me when I cannot be there. Please inquire. About the care needs: My dad can be stubborn and he is used to doing things himself so someone that is patient is a must and willing to let him try to do things first. Need someone familiar with hoyer lift transfers just in case he is feeling weak and catheter care. He will be getting a suprapubic catheter placed soon. Services needed include:possibly bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
