In-home Care Needed For My Mother

Job Type: 30-40 hours per week once trained We can be somewhat flexible with your schedule but we do need weekend availability. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to support my mother, who is in the late stages of Alzheimer's. She communicates very little& requires hands on assistance for all her daily activities. Most days are pretty relaxed with lots of downtime. This role is best suited for an individual who is proactive, dependable, and able to maintain a consistent schedule. Previous caregiving experience is strongly preferred. Most importantly, we hope to find someone who will feel like part of the family--a caregiver who not only provides excellent care but also builds trust, companionship, and comfort in my mother's daily life.
