Seeking experienced hands-on care providers for my Mom, who's 89. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Would need caregivers who can hoyer transfer from bed to chair (recliner, wheelchair or shower chair), has strength since she is paralyzed on the right side from a stroke so can't dress or bathe herself, wears briefs (tabs) that need to be changed. care needs: knows body mechanics to be able to turn her in bed when she can't assist (she can use left hand to pull or hold in one direction but can't hardly do so in the other direction--not very strong). Services needed: bathing / dressing, mobility assistance, clean room, laundry (her items), serve & occasionally prep meal, be a companion in conversation or simple activities.
