Companion Care Needed For My Father In De Pere

About the job

We need companion care to take care of my father in De Pere. He suffered a stroke and has been recovering. He's come a long way but has significant short term memory loss. He has no physical disability, but he does have some loss of vision. He is not able to drive a car. Some help with prompting him to take medication would be helpful and also helping him work on his own scheduling and adapting to his intellectual situation. We ask that you handle transportation as needed, he may need help getting to an appointment, or going to as store etc.
