About who needs care: I work through CDWA. They provide to pay for the hours I'm awarded. My hours are 158 hrs per month. I am flexible in hours. You will need to be licensed by the state of Washington or to be able to take classes of 70 hours offered by SEIU and CDWA. You would have to complete the training in 200 days of hire date. You will need to work closely with CDWA and SEIU. Upon completion of course and state exam which you are required to pay yourself. SEIU will give you a health benefit package for you and if you have family underneath your care. About the care needs: Compassion, honesty, care, transportation for I am in a wheelchair both standard and electric. Assistance in daily hygiene and cooking meals. House hold cleanliness is a must. Must speak and understand English without an interpreter Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
